"Fruits of the Raid"

Norse sailors travelled so far and wide that they must have been eating far more richly than some kings! Norsemen (vikings) travelled everywhere from the orient to the new world and so we have comprised a feast with foods from the new world (prepared in a very simple way that is entirely feasable and probable), Spain, England, France and of course, the Scandanavian countries. With this menu we can honour our guests with "foods never before tasted by kings of the old world" as well as a taste of the known world.

Norwegian Root Vegetables, French Iowtes with Powder Douce,

Spring green Sallat with Sweet and Sour Dressing

Smoked Mizise, Tart of Ryce, Roasted Venison, Rye bread


5th course
Peeres in confyt, Seed Cake
